Magazine Printing In The 21st Century
With advances in digital media the simple printed magazine struggles to find a place, but with a hard core fan base still enjoying the touch, smell and read that a freshly printed magazine can offer, then magazine printing will continue for a good few years yet.

All our magazines are printed to our clients specification using only the finest quality FSC Mix Credit Essential papers usually ranging from 115 gsm to 170 gsm gloss, silk or matt stocks. We also print on recycled and part recycled papers as well as uncoated stocks.
Typical Printed Products
The typical products that we print usually are between 24 to 100 pages A4, A5 and B5 in size. The actual sizes of these are:
A4 – 210 x 297mm
A5 – 148.5 x 210mm
B5 – 176 x 250mm
Often printing B5 can save you money as it’s bigger than A5 but small that A4 meaning when printing from a B2 sheet you can get a whole 16 pages (B5) from one sheet rather than only 8 pages at A4. The aesthetics of a B5 magazine makes for a very useful and distinctive product. Below are some useful size references in the B paper sizes.
B2 – 500 x 707mm (19.7 x 27.8 inch)
B3 – 353 x 500mm (13.7 x 19.7 inch)
B4 – 250 x 353mm (9.8 x 13.9 inch)
B5 – 176 x 250mm (6.9 x 9.8 inch)
